Masonic Cup Fleet Race

The Masonic Cup is a Wakatere classic as we venture around North Head to the inner harbour. The race was originally sponsored by the former Masonic Tavern and sailors were known to leap ashore on King Edward Pde for refreshments mid-race.  Thanks to the Coleman family for their ongoing support, we can all look forward to a fun & adventurous Wakatere race day. Adventure Awaits

Announcing our January Learn to Sail course for the adventurous YOUTH group.  Wakatere's adventure program is designed for teens/youths aged 12-17yrs to have fun, make friends, and learn a variety of skills. Regatta Protocol Update

With several regattas scheduled for Wakatere in the coming months, Wakatere has updated its Regatta Protocol in line with the Covid-19 Protection Framework. 13/01/2022 All competitors aged 12 yrs and 3 months, volunteers, supporters, coaches, and event staff that attend a regatta at Wakatere need to be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 and provide documented proof at registration, or provide evidence of a medical exemption.
