With the October school holidays coming up, we have a fantastic outdoor option for the 8 - 11 year age group - break out and learn to sail! 

Understand the basics of how the wind works, parts of the boat, and how to set up and control their boat while working as a team and having fun. Just the thing after the last 2 months! 

Sailing is a great way to get outside, have fun, and make new friends while learning new skills, regardless of whether or not kids are competitive or happy to adventure. 

Sailing is permitted at Covid Alert L2 & L1 and things are looking promising for October. We operate with small groups and boats assist with social distancing. We did this at Alert L2 last year and it was fantastic. However, if a course is forced to be cancelled by Wakatere due to Govt Alert Levels at the time of the course, a full refund will be provided.       

If you have other plans this October, consider the Term 4 option on Mondays after school.
