Wakatere made waves at the recent 2023 Aon Yachting Excellence Awards gala dinner held at the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron.  Club members stepped up to receive an array of awards across various categories and we were blown away by the congratulations that rippled through the room. Congratulations to all of you! 

In turn, thanks goes out to all Wakatere members, coaches, parents who have played a crucial role in paving the way for these shining stars. YNZ’s David Abercrombie paid tribute to the volunteers and committee members who keep the sport ticking over throughout the year. We couldn't agree more!
