Learning to sail teaches children skills for life - skills like self-confidence, spatial awareness, sense of direction, weather knowledge, and responsibility and it's a fantastic way to get outside, have fun and make new friends.

In January 2024 Wakatere is running 3 courses for the 8-11yr age group -
