Wakatere is running a Level 1 course in the mornings and a combined Level 2 & Level 3 course in the afternoons. It starts Saturday 2nd March 2024 just for grown-ups.

LTS Level 1 is designed for complete beginners and covers all the basics about how to rig and control the boat and sails, points of sailing. learn about both helm and crew positions, and how to stay safe on the water - essential skills to progress from. This course is also suitable for anyone wanting to refresh the basics from years gone by or try two-handed sailing.    

LTS Level 2 & 3 - coaching will be customized to your level, building confidence and skills, including using the spinnaker. So much more to learn to take your sailing to the next level. Sailors must have completed Level 1 to sign up for Level 2, Level 2 for Level 3, etc.
