Wakatere Clean Sweep

Lake Pupuke and MBSC hosted the 2020 NZIODA Opti Team Cup which was held over 2 days in November. For those with hopes of travel in 2021 this regatta was a mandatory event for NZIODA team selection - but who knows when attending international regattas will be back on the cards. The 2020 New Zealand Optimist Nationals were postponed in April and finally held in November. What a year!With the Easter postponement due to Covid-19, this was the first time the NZ Opti Nationals were held in November. Season Opening Ceremony Delayed

Big Turnout for Winter Sprints

Great to see so many youngsailors out on the water for the Auckland Junior Winter Sprint Series on Saturday 27th June.We were spoilt with a lovely on-shore breeze and largely missed the rain.
